KYH is one of the largest Korean-American
accounting firms in the United States providing specialized services to the
U.S. subsidiaries of Korean companies as well as other private companies. Our
clients range from large multi-national corporations to small and medium sized
companies with annual revenues less than $10 million. We currently have 4
offices nationwide (Atlanta, GA, Auburn, AL, Fort Lee, NJ and Houston, TX), and
soon will open new offices in Monterrey, Mexico and Seoul, Korea. Many of our
professionals have previous working experience at “Big-4” accounting firms in
both the US and Korea.
We are known as the Korean-American
accounting firms, other than “Big-4”, being capable of handling most
comprehensive assignments in highly specialized areas, such as international
and multi-state tax issues, transfer pricing studies, and M&A transaction
