Commercial Litigation and Business Law Office in Dallas

ABOUT US & THE JOB

Dallas based and fast growing Commercial Litigation and Business Law Office has an opening for junior attorney to provide client representation including: legal research; drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery; in addition to contract drafting.

Must possess strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. We strive to maintain exceptional work product, client communications, client satisfaction, and remain a closely-knit team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
• JD Degree
• Active Texas State Bar license member/Must be admitted by November 2018
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Must have fluent Korean Speaking/Writing skills
