Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking Controls Engineers (Entry level) who are motivated self-starters.
This job is a full-time direct position with benefits.
Education/ Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related Engineering field in electrical/ computer engineering/ computer science or technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Develops Bill of materials, IO lists, and requirements for control panels.
-Develops PLC programs in Ladder, Function Block, and other languages.
- Develops hardware and software test plans and writes simulation logic for the testing of the PLC and HMI system. (Mainly, Siemens PLCs and WinCCOA)
-Tests the installed system to observe system functionality and ensure that the programs function as designed.
-Manage industrial networking and data base (Oracle) development
-Field debug and test control systems at the customer's facility
-Perform interface test with Field Instrument and implement factory automation process.
-Collaborate with other people or processes to solve problems.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose programming and system errors.
Skills/ Qualifications
-Must have a desire to work in the field of industrial controls. (This is not a remote job)
-Functional knowledge in PLC Ladder logic and SCADA(HMI) programming systems a plus, but not necessary
-Basic knowledge in MS Office
-Must be authorized to work in U.S.

Job Type: Full-time, Office Job (Not a remote job)
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (Based on knowledge & experience)
