LG CNS has developed Long Term Post Acute Care EHR(Electronic Health Record) for the US market with various market leading operators. LG CNS EHR solution is built from the ground up with many users in the industry for easy to use and efficiency, and hence, to reduce TCO and improve reimbursement. On top of our EHR solution, we are providing Point Of Care Solution for the staff to be able to document at point of care and Interactive Virtual Care for tele-monitoring, tele-health management and tele-medicine.

Job Description
[ Implementation Support Specialist ]
Responsibilities
· Responsible for supporting LG CNS Healthcare Solutions such as LGCNS EHR, Point of Care solution, and Interactive Virtual Care
· Responsible for help desk operation: Respond to customer inquires according to LG CNS Service Level Agreement
· Support implementation and post implementation (go live support) on site or off site
· Understand and know how to use LG CNS Healthcare Solutions
· Coordinate with LGCNS EHR R&D team to escalate inquires and to solve/complete inquires
Urgent inquires must be escalated to R&D team in a prompt manner
· Notification such as upcoming updates to post it on LGCNS EHR system or/and by emails to customers
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree required
· Must have valid status legally working in the U.S.
· Bilingual in English and Korean
· General Computer skills such as MS office and able to use smart phone
· Ability to work both independently and/or as a team to set goals and to meet deadlines
· Exceptional attention to detail and solid problem solving abilities
· Strong researching and analytical skills
· Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
· Less than 5 years of experience
