트릿지의 Global Market Intelligence팀은 Product Growth 부서 소속으로, 글로벌 트렌드에 맞춰 세상에 필요한 콘텐츠를 제작하고 효과적인 B2B 마케팅을 운영하여 글로벌 무역 B2B 인텔리전스 플랫폼으로서 인지도를 높이고 더 많은 고객이 트릿지 플랫폼을 사용할 수 있도록 합니다. 

Global Market Intelligence팀에서는 전 세계 시장의 농산물 동향 데이터 조사 및 분석 후 콘텐츠 작성 (시장 분석 리포트) 및 플랫폼 내 새로운 Intelligence feature 기획 및 구현하는 업무를 담당하고 있습니다. 또한 60개국 이상의 나라들에 위치한 해외 동료들 (애널리스트 및 매니저 집단)과 긴밀히 협력하여 트릿지 플랫폼의 콘텐츠가 마켓에서 큰 영향을 줄 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다. 

이러한 업무를 주도적으로 수행합니다:
 
- 트릿지 플랫폼 고객에게 제공되는 인텔리전스 콘텐츠 분석 및 개선 방향 제시 
- 전세계 시장의 농산물 가격, 국가별 생산량, 수출입 물량의 변동성 조사, 원인 분석 공유
- 글로벌 농산업 트렌드, 이슈 파악 및 고객을 위한 관련 콘텐츠 제작 
- 해외에 있는 동료들과 협력해 글로벌 농식품 시장 트렌드 분석 및 새로운 인사이트 도출
- 마켓 인텔리전스 관련하여 데이터, 플랫폼 개발 조직과 데이터, 콘텐츠 기획 및 협업  
- 전문가 인터뷰 진행 및 온라인 무역 박람회, 글로벌 포럼 참여 등 다양한 방법을 통한 Tridge의 인텔리전스 품질을 강화  방법 기획/ 개발

The key goals we expect are as follows:

The Global Market Intelligence Team at Tridge is part of the Product Growth Department and focuses on publishing platform content and implementing effective B2B marketing for brand awareness and user acquisition.
 
A Global Market Intelligence analyzes agricultural market trends and data to curate, maintain, and improve intelligence features on Tridge platform. To effectively curate contents that can target Tridge’s audience, a global market Intelligence must be knowledgeable on recent agricultural market trends to promote. Tridge’s content more effectively as Tridge provides one of the most comprehensive market intelligence in the global agriculture sector and works closely with internal teams and Tridge’s global managers across the globe (60+ countries). 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Optimize Tridge's intelligence, including but not limited to dashboards, analysis, reports, and guides to target Tridge’s platform target audience.
- Identify and analyze notable changes in the global agriculture industry and effectively communicate that information to potential target audiences in various channels
- Cooperate with the internal teams to identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends
- Cooperate with a data team to develop market intelligence data and contents
- Plan and come up with new ways to develop intelligence contents through expert interviews, online job fairs, and global forums


Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
 
- Experience in any relevant field, including Market Intelligence, Strategic Consulting, Agriculture, Trading, Finance (Analysis, Research, consulting)
- Capability to handle multiple works with great time-management skills and responsibility
- Excellent in analytical research and using analytical tools to derive insights
- Sensitive to rapid market, industrial change, and are highly interested in data and trends
- Proficient English skills for writing reports, e-mail, daily communication, presentations
- Capability to do research and analysis and persuasive communication.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack tool  and other social media platforms
 
Not a must, but better if:
 
- Open to new ideas, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Comfortable with engaging in multiple projects and meeting a tight deadline
- Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced working environment
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn and deal with new industries
