• 4x4.5 bed/bath
• 3 Korean undergraduate student roommates
• Rent: $500
• Utilities: $80-$90 ((including wifi)
  
• Sublease Terms: January to May OR January to July
• 10-minute bike ride to campus
• Bus stop in front of complex 
• Bus #27
• Shared Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse and Weight Room
  
• I can leave my furniture in my room, if needed.
