2015년 가을학기부터 1년간 함께 거주할 룸메이트 구합니다.
학교 아파트(The Gardens, university apartment)에서 2bed/2bath floorplan입니다.
내년부터 렌트비가 올라 $696/month 이지만 함께 사실 경우 인당 $555/month 부담하게 됩니다.
유틸비에 수도, 인터넷, 케이블이 포함되어 있어서 전기세만 내시면 되고 건물 자체의 단열이 좋아 전기비는 많이 나가지 않습니다.
공대의 경우 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다 (10분~15분).
학기중에는 버스가 10분 간격으로 다니고 버스 정류장도 단지 내 3군데 있어서 편리합니다. (밤에도 30분 간격 운행)
가구가 모두 갖춰져 있습니다.
