The SCM Eng will oversee the site strategy to optimize our raw material supply chain reducing scrap or shortage situations. The role will require an ability to collaborate with all stakeholders in an effective manner and demonstrated measurable improvements to our supply chain health. This individual contributor will manage chronic problems and identify a process or other creative solution to resolve them permanently through multiple parties. There will also be an expectation to learn and make improvements to the P-BOM (Project – Bill of Materials) system, and other internal systems (TMS, PLM, SMAS) that bring transparency and control to our site raw material usage. The role will lead improvements and optimize the bar-coding system for bulk materials as well as FIMM (Fab-In Material Management) materials. This person will also lead and coach cross-functional teams driving other raw material supply chain improvements which include forecasting, moves modeling, information flow, and understanding all impacts to raw material usage.

Specific Job Duties: • Lead the Raw Material Steering committee driving improvements cross-functionally with Purchasing, Material Technology, Quality, and Innovation Teams. Define KPI metrics and drive improvements. • Supply Chain Management team member and co-leader – support SCM activity, metrics, and improvements. Setup systematic way to identify and quickly resolve issues that impact our forecasting and a healthy inventory • Generate and communicate PBOM/SCM presentations and reports to Executive Management • Manage the PBOM/SMAS system performance and analysis ensuring data accuracy and reliability. • Track and own barcoding accuracy for POU usage tracking and improvement plans across user groups • Manage best known method and benchmarking between Austin and Korea Site Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: • Supply chain & resource efficiency expertise • Semiconductor Raw Material knowledge preferred • Software: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SQL, SAP • Well organized • Communication Skills – written and verbal • Coaching/Mentoring • People Skills – influential, engaging, and change management aptitude • Time Management • Flexible and Team Oriented • Proactive self-driven project management • Korean Speaking (plus) Education, Training, Certification: • Degree Preferred (Engineering or Supply Chain)
